20. Jason Vargas, Starting Pitcher
Status: Signed by the Kansas City Royals to a four-year deal worth $32 million
Vargas is a nice option for the backend of a ball club’s rotation. Despite battling time on the disabled list, Vargas went 9-8 with a 4.02 ERA in 24 starts. Look for him to land with a team in search of a reliable 4 or 5 starter.
