37. Joba Chamberlain, Relief Pitcher
Status: Signed by the Detroit Tigers to a one-year deal worth $2.5 million
Joba just isn’t the same pitcher he was as a flame-throwing rookie phenom back in 2007. Whether the “Joba Rules” messed him up or all of the injuries have taken their toll, Joba has looked downright awful at times as of late. Maybe a change of scenery is what Joba needs to return to being a semi-dominant pitcher. Guess we will find out.
