11. Dan Haren, Starting Pitcher
Status: Signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers to a one-year contract worth $10 million
Haren finished under .500 for the second season in a row in 2013 and his stuff is starting less and less to resemble the stuff that made him a three-time All Star from 2007-09. Haren still has flashes of greatness and his credentials speak for themselves, so he figures to still be a sought after target this winter.
