23. Chris Perez, Relief Pitcher
Status: Signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers to a one-year deal worth $2.3 million plus incentives.
The two-time All-Star closer hits the market after a season in which he saved 25 games for the Tribe. Perez has had no problem collecting saves in his career, but he has had gaudy ERA’s accompanying his high saves totals over the past few seasons. That should be something teams monitor closely when deciding to give him a contract.
