28. Jorge De La Rosa, Starting Pitcher
De La Rosa had a very under-the-radar season for the Rockies last year by going an impressive 16-6 with a 3.49 ERA, good enough for a 2.9 WAR. Those are very good numbers to have heading into to free agency and De La Rosa should be able to nail down a rotation spot on somebody’s staff next year.
