34. Scott Downs, Relief Pitcher
Status: Signed by the Chicago White Sox to a one-year deal worth $4 million.
Downs was solid as ever in 2013, recording a combined 2.49 ERA with the Angels and Braves, while allowing just one home run over the entire season. Downs should be a in-demand veteran lefty, yet again.
