Buccaneers 27- Bills 6
Bobby Rainey has burst onto the scene in Tampa Bay, helping his team win with 127 yards rushing including an 80 yard run on their first drive. After winning four out of their last five games, Greg Schiano has shown us all that he wants to keep his job, and he hates high draft picks.
Chiefs 45- Redskins 10
The Chiefs beat down on the struggling Redskins to end a three game losing streak as snow came down in Washington. After three tough losses the Chiefs left no room for error taking care of a weaker team. There was red skin in Washington not only from the cold and the racist mascot, but on the embarrassed cheeks of the Redskins.
Broncos 51- Titans 28
In Denver it is becoming a question of what records Peyton Manning isn’t breaking. Manning threw four more touchdowns on Sunday and complete 39 passes but got over shadowed by one record he will never achieve. Matt Prater set an NFL record making a 64 yard field goal to end the first half. To put Prater overshadowing Manning in context, that would like if Khloe Kardashian threw one of the best parties of all time, you let her have her moment but in the long run it will always be about Kim.
Cardinals 30- Rams 10
Playing threw a sore elbow, Carson Palmer dominated the Rams by completing nearly 85 percent of his passes. While Palmer played through an injury on offense, the Cardinals lost Tyrann Mathieu to a torn ACL on the defensive side of the ball. While it may be true ‘the Honey Badger don’t care’ when it comes to cobras but ‘the Honey Badger do care’ when it comes to ACLs.
Chargers 37- Giants 14
Philip Rivers threw three touchdown passes as the Chargers continue to hand it to Eli Manning and the Giants. Watching this game begs the question, WHY WOULD ANY FREE AGENT SIGN TO PLAY ANYWHERE BUT A PLACE LIKE SAN DIEGO! IT WAS SUNNY AND WARM AT THIS GAME!
49ers 19- Seahawks 17
The 49ers denied the Seahwaks from clinching the NFC West division and kept themselves in the wild card hunt as well. The Seahwaks did not seems as unbeatable without the 12th man behind them, but the thought still lingers in San Francisco that they will have to pass through Seattle come playoff time. It is harder to win in Seattle than it was to beat Kim Jong Il in a game of ‘Guess what number am I thinking of?’
Jaguars 27- Texans 20
The Jaguars beat the Texans in a game the will be remembered by every mom of every player that got significant playing time in this game.
Saints 31- Panthers 13
The Saints ended the Panthers eight game winning streak while taking back sole possession of first place in the NFC South. Drew Brees became the fifth quarter back of all time to throw for more than 50,000 yards in his career. If you took each of those yards and laid it on the ground head to toe, it would reach 28. 4 miles, which when you think about it is exactly as impressive as before.
