Today we are going to examine which pitchers are up for hire this winter in a relatively week hurlers market. There is no bonafide ace on this year’s market like there have been in winter’s passed. The new trend is for team’s to lock up their young pitchers before they hit the market, and this years slew of free agent pitchers reflects that.
