38. Jason Hammel, Starting Pitcher
Hammel followed up a career year in 2012 with a quiet 2013 campaign. His 7-8 record and 4.97 ERA earned him a 0.0 WAR, meaning he was essentially worthless to the Orioles this past season. However, teams are sure to find value in Hammel this winter and he should be able to catch on as an arm in somebody’s rotation.
