13. Joaquin Benoit, Relief Pitcher
Jose Valverde floundered for a second time in Detroit, but Benoit filled in swimmingly for the flamboyant former All-Star, saving 24 games. Benoit has experienced a late career renaissance and we will see if it will continue into 2014.
