The NCAA’s decision to lift Penn State football’s postseason ban made a lot of people very happy, including the postseason-hungry student body. In addition to the lifted ban, James Franklin will have a full portfolio of 85 student-athlete scholarships available for the 2015 season. Undoubtedly the 1st-year head coach was just equipped with a bevy of additional ammo during his already-impressive recruiting trips.
