11. Parquet Courts, Light Up Gold
Light Up Gold was technically released in 2012, but it was reissued in 2013 due to its popularity. Therefore, we are including it in our “best of” list and deservedly so, as the Brooklyn-based quartet make some of the best garage rock of both 2012 and 2013.
