Jay Bilas has never been shy with his criticism of the NCAA’s ability to govern hundreds of institutions and thousands of student-athletes through restricting policies and inconsistent regulation.
The former Duke player and current ESPN men’s college basketball analyst routinely hurls witty jabs and not-so-subtle remarks toward Mark Emmert and the NCAA. Regardless of your opinion on the NCAA and the dozens of controversies that have arisen over the last few years, everyone can appreciate his humorous tweet on Friday afternoon:

Bilas is also a practicing attorney and is arguably the most well-spoken sports analyst on any network, largely due to excellent word choice and an incredible awareness for repercussions of his opinions.
A few more of Jay’s jabs from the last couple months:
Mark Emmert: “We had about 5,000 D1 men’s basketball players this year. About 60 of them will turn pro.” Wow. So much for precise data.
