Bubba has been all over the map recently including doing the following: make music video #1, music video #2, driving a custom made hovercraft golf cart, enjoying ‘Dufnering,‘ videobombing on live TV, and Tweeting out some gems. Sometimes throughout all of that fun we forget that Bubba is just another human being (with ridiculously good golf skills). During his Masters presser on Tuesday, Bubba spoke about his Green Jacket and what it meant to him, and the response brought tears to his eyes.
“I told (an Augusta member) that I was going to go home and wrap Caleb up in it,” Bubba said while fighting off tears. “That was the only thing I did (with the green jacket). Out of respect, out of honor for Augusta National and one of the greatest clubs we have, the greatest tournaments, out of respect I didn’t do any of my funny antics I’d normally do. The only thing I did was wrap Caleb (Bubba’s adopted son) up in it.”
Great human moment.
