New video has surfaced of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford aka The Gift That Keeps on Giving.

This video was reportedly taken yesterday and it looks as if he’s drunk and about to just go IN on the value menu.

Some fans are asking him some questions and he goes immediately to a Jamaican accent. Enjoy.
