Future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers is not one to shy away from controversy, but some of his recent comments may have gotten him in a little bit of legal trouble with late-night talkshow host Jimmy Kimmel.
During his appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday, Aaron Rodgers made a shocking claim about Jimmy Kimmel, suggesting that the late-night host’s name could appear on the long-awaited Jeffrey Epstein client list that is expected to be released this week.
“There’s a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, really hoping that doesn’t come out,” Rodgers said on the show.
Kimmel was understandably not at all happy at this comment from Rodgers as he threatened legal action against the future Hall of Fame quarterback.
“Dear [expletive]: for the record, I’ve not met, flown with, visited, or had any contact whatsoever with Epstein, nor will you find my name on any ‘list’ other than the clearly-phony nonsense that soft-brained wackos like yourself can’t seem to distinguish from reality,” Kimmel said in a post on X, formerly Twitter. “Your reckless words put my family in danger. Keep it up and we will debate the facts further in court.”
We’ll have to see if Kimmel does indeed take him to court for these comments.
