Northern Illinois’ Pete Rakocevic had a fairly large dunk on Saturday night and the force took down an entire hoop. During the process of the hoop collapsing Central Michigan forward John Simons somehow escaped serious injury with a quick reaction.
Check out the video and do your best to not wince as the hoop nearly took off his head.
Simons better be buying a lottery ticket this weekend.
