Shockingly, former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky should receive $4,900 per month in pension payments, a Pennsylvania arbitrator ruled this week.
Even more disturbing, the lunatic convicted on 45 counts of sexually abusing boys will also receive back pension payment dating to October of 2012, a sum that will equal more than $122,000.
This is all assuming the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System board will agree to the arbitrator’s ruling, a ruling given following arguments from Sandusky’s legal team and the system board. The final decision will come in November.
