The NBA is approaching a historic playoff weekend, as three decisive Game 7s are set to be played on Saturday, with three more possibly on Sunday, pending the outcome of Friday’s games. Unfortunately, the NBA has decided to ruin at least one of those games — and perhaps the most compelling one of all — by suspending Memphis Grizzlies power forward Zach Randolph.
The league suspended Randolph for punching Oklahoma City’s Steven Adams during Game 6 Thursday night — a decision it had every right to do so considering Z-Bo delivered a close-fisted jab in Adams’ direction. But still, it’s the playoffs, man!
