On the biggest stage of basketball, Stephen Curry goes off for a career high 54 points (18 of 28), 11 of 13 from beyond the arc, 7 assists and 6 rebounds in the 4 point loss to the New York Knicks. He is the only player in NBA history to score 50 plus points on 10 plus made threes. Even though the Warriors did not get the result they would have liked, Curry made a huge statement in the Mecca, becoming one of the few players that breaks out in the blinding lights of New York City to prove that he is worthy of All-Star nods and is primed to be something special in this league.
In a midst of the chaos, Steph completely ignored a welcoming high-five from his rookie teammate, Draymond Green. But understand this, Dray went for the shooting hand, which is a classic rookie mistake. You never touch the hot hand. Don’t give me that “I can’t believe he did me like this” face. It’s your fault. I don’t feel sorry for you at all.

What is with veterans and hitting their teammates’s heads after they did something good. Am I missing something here?
