Toronto Raptors Forward Terrence Ross went into Saturday night averaging under 10 points per game. Then, as if possessed by Carmelo’s historic Friday night effort, he dropped 51 against the Clippers (10-17 from beyond the arc). He had 26 points (a Raptors franchise record) at the half.
According to ESPN, he’s the first player in NBA history to achieve a 5o point game when average less than 10.
One of Ross’s many highlights on the evening was the back to back dunk sequence as shown above. Even with Ross’ effort, the Clippers won 126-118.
