DeMar DeRozan, Masai Ujiri and Kyle Lowry made a very wonderful appearance on The Ellen Show this Tuesday, and it will definitely put you in a good mood. The Raptors’ teamed up with Ellen to make a video appearance on the show in order to surprise a lucky Starbucks employee manager with a personal invite to one of their practices and a game. Chris, the aforementioned manager, is responsible for hiring Sam who is endearingly known as the ‘Starbucks dancing barista.’
The background of the full show (which you can view here) is as follows:
Sam is a barista who has autism, and to help him focus, he dances his way through the workday. After a video of his dance moves went viral, Ellen had to meet this inspirational individual and his incredible boss in person.
We have a feeling that Chris will love the special treatment from the Raptors.
