Former NBA star Allan Houston is selling his immense home in Westchester and it won’t come cheap.
Houston’s house, all 19,300 square feet of it (with 10 acres of property), is going on the market for $19.9 million. The home comes equipped with seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and two half baths.
Of course, the “hand cut stone” abode also comes with a few extra perks. There’s a circular trophy room, a gym, an indoor basketball court, a swimming pool and “a golf practice area with a putting green and sand trap.”
Heck, the property includes land that edges up against Converse Lake as well if one demands even more recreational activities from their home.
The home has frontage on Converse Lake, which can be used for swimming and canoeing.
If $20 million sounds like a lot, it’s actually $5 million less than what it was previously listed for on the market so if you have $20 million to throw around, this amazing “bargain” could be yours.
Check out the stunning home below.
