Overview:
The Cardinals and Dodgers have met four times in the last ten postseasons. Last year, the two met in the NLCS with the Cardinals winding up victorious. Expect a good series but Game 1 should be an amazing pitcher’s duel. Both teams will be sending out two of the best pitchers in the game in Adam Wainwright and Clayton Kershaw. Kershaw has been phenomenal all season long but Wainwright has been dominant lately, winning the NL Pitcher of the Month in September. The Cardinals will face an uphill battle against Los Angeles, but this series is one that should go the distance. In seven games this season, the Dodgers have edged out the Cardinals with four wins to the Cards’ three.
