With only days until the release of “Anchorman 2” we prepare for the highly anticipated sequel by sharing some cocktail recipes that Ron Burgundy and the rest of the gang would drink. Now you can get sloshed like you were a real member of the Channel 4 News Team. Today’s outta sight libation is called “Afternoon Delight,” which as my motto’s always been; when it’s right, it’s right. And drinking in the afternoon is right.
INGREDIENTS:
-2 Parts Vodka
-1 Part Blue Curaçao
-1 Part Peach Schnapps
-2 Part Coconut Rum
-3 parts Pineapple juice
PREPARATION:
Fill up a cocktail glass with some frosty ice. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into glass. Garnish with pineapple, maraschino cherry and a chocolate-covered squirrel. Actually you may want to skip the chocolate-covered squirrel part. Serve and pray that you don’t wake up on the floor of some Japanese family’s rec room. Check out Pregame Magazine for more cocktail recipes, liquor reviews and booze news.
