U.S. President Barack Obama finally paid off his end of the Olympic hockey bet he made with Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Last month, the U.S and Canada made a delicious wager on the two Olympic hockey teams. Both the USA men’s and women’s hockey teams lost to Canada at the Sochi Olympics. On Monday the Commander in Chief sent two cases of White House-brewed beer across the border. The president sent one case containing White House Honey Porter and another with White House Honey Blonde. The exchange was confirmed on Twitter. Sorry in advance Canada for our weak beer.
Thirsty friends at @connect2canada: can you confirm you received our beer today? We don't want @pmharper thinking we didn't come through…
