The Monday Night Football powers that be couldn’t have been too happy knowing they had the Colts playing the Buccaneers with no Peyton Manning AND going up against the MLB Playoffs, so anything either team could do to step it up would be a help. Maybe the Buccaneers got a bit too anxious to help out. At the end of the 1st quarter Josh Freeman threw a strike to Arrelious Benn which seemingly went for a 62 yard touchdown pass. Unfortunately for the Buccaneers Benn was flagged for illegal touching of a forward pass, yet it didn’t stop the, from celebrating. Check out the below video of fireworks going off (specifically, the cannon), Benn doing a TD jig, and some Buccaneers cheer folks running on the field. The call was challenged but the ruling on the field stood. Great practice celebration by Tampa Bay.
