I feel for this poor guy after watching the below video. Greg, went to Wrigley Field on Monday night and was planning on proposing to his girlfriend during the game via a message on the scoreboard saying, “Erica, will you marry me?” In classic Cubs fashion, the message did scroll across the scoreboard as he had planned, but unfortunately his girlfriend had left to use the restroom or possibly grab another Old Style. The absolutely devastated look on Greg’s face was one which no hug could have fixed. Thank goodness he was able to get to one knee when she returned and he popped the question. And yes, she said yes.
