8. Ubaldo Jimenez, Starting Pitcher
Ubaldo got back on track last season after leading the league with 17 losses in 2012 with a 13-9 record to go along with a 3.30 ERA. A few years ago, teams would have had to have paid premium money to net Jimenez, but his value has obviously gone down since then. With that being said, if Ubaldo can continue showing signs of reverting back to his old form, whoever signs him could be landing a steal.
