Look, there is no way I am going to accuse Lester of anything except great pitching last night. I’m a diehard Cubs fan, so I couldn’t care less what happens in this series (ignore the fact that I should, and do loathe the Cards). Lots of folks out there today are claiming that Lester used a goo-like substance in his glove and applied it to the ball before some pitches. The only image and video that I know of are below, so it is your call. One way or another, I’m looking forward to Game 2.
