The “Skip Ad” button has become synonymous with all online videos. Most viewers jump at the opportunity click “Skip Ad” after 4-5 seconds of an advertisement or just lose their damn minds when the button isn’t available and are subjected to 30 FULL SECONDS OF TORTURE!
The folks from the new film Victor Frankenstein have now joined a few groups that embrace the impatience. The film’s stars, Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy appear on the screen for about 5-6 seconds without saying a word. They simply stare at the viewer and wait.
It’s captivating, really, to the point where the viewer wonders what the hell is happening. The pair is waiting patiently until the “Skip Ad” option arrives and wishes to reward those who waited with a new trailer for the film.
Brilliant. For someone that would never see the movie, I might just consider it as a reward to them for creating such a hilarious ad.
