Years after launching the prototype, Elon Musk and Tesla finally rolled out their new Cybertruck to the consumers this year, but it does not seem like the rollout has gone quite the way that they would have hoped. In addition to a recall on all of the vehicles last month, the Cybertruck seems to have noticeable performance issues, as one viral video shows.

This week, podcaster Ryan Shead of Hold The Mic and The Shead Show shared a video on social media showing a Tesla Cybertruck failing to cross a very small stream – an easy task for any standard truck or sport utility vehicle. And he had a pretty terrible message for Elon Musk about how great of a failure the Cybertruck has been.

“I don’t think this video going viral on Memorial Day will help Tesla’s stock price or its board’s bid to get Elon Musk his $56 Billion bonus. Tesla has recalled almost every vehicle they’ve produced while laying off nearly 20% of its workforce. Now they’ve produced the CyberTruck, which could be outperformed by my 2013 Chevy Traverse.

“This is what happens when too many rich people invest in a conman like Musk. They can’t afford to let him fail. But he already has,” Shead continued.

Obviously, this video and Shead’s comments went viral and people had a lot to say about how much of a terrible failure this has been for Musk.

It’s safe to say that this is not going well for Musk or Tesla.
