Dolphins make major move for star player

The Miami Dolphins removed former first-round EDGE Jaelan Phillips from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Monday.

Free agent Justin Simmons, a former multi-time All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection, will visit the Atlanta Falcons in hopes of being signed.
