The San Antonio Spurs’ coyote mascot had a rough day at the office last night as his Spurs took on the Denver Nuggets. Late in the fourth quarter, Denver point guard Aaron Brooks chased a loose ball behind the Spurs basket and ended up deflecting it straight into the face of The Coyote, who was clearly stunned and fell to the ground as a result.
After getting to his feet, something about the mascot clearly looked “off.” Upon further inspection, The Coyote’s eyes had completely shifted and sat on top of each other vertically before they fell off completely.
Those poor children…
