What do you get when you tee up a golf ball in a Playboy model’s butt at one of the magazine’s outings? A lawsuit, apparently.
Model Liz Dickson is suing Playboy and a radio host for a stunt gone wrong at the Playboy Golf Finals in March of 2012. According to the lawsuit, Dickson agreed to let Kevin Klein, a radio host of the Playboy Morning Show, hit a golf ball sitting on a tee placed between her butt cheeks.
Unfortunately, Klein missed the tee and ball completely and wound up striking Dickson right in the ass, causing her “injuries and damages.” One year later, she’s taking them to court for $500,000 and “punitive damages” for battery and negligence.
I’m no lawyer or judge, but if you ask me…she doesn’t deserve a dime. You deserve whatever happens to you if you willingly allow someone to take a swing at golf ball placed on a tee in your ass, especially if they’re not a professional golfer.
Then again, Playboy models aren’t exactly known for their brilliant life decisions.
Update: TMZ has acquired video of the incident, as well as the huge bruise it caused.
