One unlucky woman in high-heels found out that ice is very slippery during the Kings’ Stanley Cup celebration on Friday night. Los Angeles’ local NBC affiliate, NBC4, was doing a news hit on the ice following Game 5 at Staples Center when the woman went down extremely hard in the background and appeared to hit her head on the ice.
She was later identified as Hannah Hunsinger, who – ironically – is a member of the Kings Ice Crew.
To Hannah’s credit, she recovered pretty quickly and even did an interview with NBC LA afterwards. Hopefully she was able to celebrate a little smoother through the rest of the night.
