The Chicago Sky faced a pretty scary situation on Wednesday night when they were confronted by a man with a camera as they were getting off of the bus at the team hotel. And star rookie Angel Reese is not happy about it.
According to a report from the Chicago Suntimes, a harassed the team and guard Chennedy Carter specifically as a result of her hard foul against Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark earlier this week.
“The man — who is not a guest at the hotel — targeted guard Chennedy Carter specifically. When the team bus arrived, the man approached Carter and her teammates with a camera,” Annie Costabile wrote for the Sun Tribune.
“The Sky travel with multiple bodyguards who accompany players everywhere they go as part of the team’s increased security measures taken this year. General manager Jeff Pagliocca told the Sun-Times that the situation was immediately de-escalated and that police weren’t called to the hotel.”
It’s obviously a pretty horrible situation for the team to face harassment like that, and star rookie Angel Reese was furious about it as she took to social media to express her outrage.

It’s not clear how the many learned their hotel, but thankfully security was there to stop him.
