T.O. is going a different route this time by getting engaged to 33-year-old Beaumont, Texas postal service worker Rachel Snider. Ownes has given her a very large engagement ring and the two have applied for a marriage license in Los Angeles. Before this relationship goes any farther I would really like to see Terrell commit to this relationship by giving Rachel a new cell phone because her’s is absolutely atrocious at taking quality images.
