FOX 25’s Kristine Leahy had a live interview on TV with Patriots players Julian Edelman and Zoltan Mesko at an annual event put on by Robert Kraft’s team at Gillette Stadium in which kids actually get to wrap up their favorite players. We did’t realize that “Wrap-A-Pat” was happening, or we would have loved to have been a fly on the wall there. The fun started as soon as the cameras started rolling.
Jimmy Traina broke down the fun:
One, the reporter misses her cue to begin the spot. Two, Edelman calls out Tom Brady for having B.O. Three, Edelman blows off a question about Tim Tebow. Four, Edelman says he wants a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas. Five, Mesko, at a party filled with kids, says he found out last year that Santa Claus isn’t real, causing the reporter to nearly have a heart attack, as shown in the picture above.
