The good times didn’t last too long for Islanders’ Trevor Gillies. In his first game back after serving a 9 game suspension he was promptly ejected from the game just 22 minutes in. Gillies made an illegal hit on Minnesota Wild forward Cal Clutterbuck which culminated into Cal’s head being slammed into the boards.
