Tiger Woods had a pretty impressive opening round in his return to competing in major championships, tallying a three-under in the first round of British Open Championship on Thursday. It wasn’t all smooth sailing for Tiger, though, as not only did he start off the round with a bogey-bogey, but he also had to battle with some pesky photographers.
As he went to strike his approach shot on the 18th hole, Tiger halted his club mid-swing to yell at the group of photographers in front of him that had previously forced him off his ball a few times just before. A very audible “Jesus Christ!” from Tiger was picked up by ESPN’s feed, creating a pretty awkward moment for pretty much everyone.
