In a bizarre incident in Torreon, Mexico, the Mexican Primera Division match between Santos Laguna and Monarcas Morelia at the Estadio Corona was abandoned after gunshots were heard in the vicinity of the stadium. We’ve now learned that the gunman was never actually inside of the stadium and that the stadium was well secured, but that doesn’t mean that the incident didn’t make for a seriously scary moment.
