Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price has been pretty fantastic through the first two games of the Habs-Bruins Eastern Conference semifinal series, and the Canadiens are going to need him to be in top form – physically and mentally – if they hope to advance past the East’s top seed.
That’s why the team owes a debt of gratitude to the radio listener who rescued Price’s two dogs early Monday morning in Montreal. Price lost his two labs either late Sunday night or in the wee hours of Monday morning, eventually posting this tweet in hopes of someone finding his pups:
If anyone finds two labs running around candiac they're mine

Local radio station TSN 690 picked up on the tweet and read it on-air. About six hours after Price’s tweet, the station reported that one of their listeners had found the dogs and brought them back to Price’s house safe and sound.
Wow! Our listener John HAS FOUND @CP0031 2 lost dogs! He was listening to TSN 690 & called in #Habs he's at Carey's house giving them back

Price has made a ton of great saves already this series, but John’s save might be the biggest for the Canadiens thus far. Can you imagine if Price had the stress of his two best buds missing while trying to man the pipes? That probably wouldn’t end well for Montreal.
