Puking during a powerlifting competition isn’t ideal.
Unfortunately, that’s exactly what powerlifter “blondbeautybri” (as she’s known on Instagram) did during the “Rum9” or Raw Unity Powerlifting Championships. While attempting a deadlift, she couldn’t keep her lunch in her stomach and the judges suffered the consequences.
On the bright side, she at least had a sense of humor about the incident. She uploaded the video on Instagram and added a pretty funny caption to go along with it:
