There were plenty of fireworks in the Copa America semi-final match when Paraguay defeated Venezuela 5-3 in penalty kicks after a match finished 0-0. However, most of them came following the shootout when the two teams ended up brawling.
According to the Associated Press, Venezuela coach Cesar Farias blamed Paraguay team officials, claiming that they provoked his players.
Paraguay will play Uruguay in the Copa America final.
