Boca Juniors forward Martin Palermo threw hit hat in the ring for goal of the year candidate Monday when he faced off against Independiente in an Argentinian First Division game. Palermo got a crossing pass from the right side of the pitch and decided to do a little turn and back heel flip to net the goal. Pretty incredible and it turned out to be the only goal scored by Boca as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
