Jon Black was fishing from a kayak in Sanibel, Florida when he encountered a Goliath Grouper that certainly lived up to its name.
The fish was 83 inches (nearly seven feet) long and weighed an impressive 552 pounds. Unsurprisingly, the monstrous grouper broke Black’s fishing rod as he reeled it in.
Still, as amazing as that fish is, Black’s reaction to reeling in the beast is even better.
