While the college football season won’t start for Oregon until tomorrow night against LSU the former Duck at the center of the Willie Lyles recruiting scandal has already made his first TV appearance. Anyone watching Baylor break TCU’s nation leading regular season winning streak last night got to see Lache Seastrunk appear on the sideline with his new team:
Seastrunk, a former five-star recruit, transferred away from Oregon after dropping to 5th on the depth chart and amid speculation the Ducks would not play him for fear of his later being ruled ineligible and causing them to forfeit games in which he participated. Seastrunk will sit out the season at Baylor as a transfer red-shirt. Only time will tell how the story ends for Lache, Oregon and Willie Lyles.
