Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is spending his off season, “putting a ring on it.” According to People Magazine, the 27 year old quarterback ringed up the 24 year old from Laguna Beach during a surprise trip to Cabo. Jay made sure she said yes by hitting her with a 5.2 carat diamond ring.
