Danica Patrick has quite the wonderful Instagram account, and it gives a great glimpse into her personal life. We have a feeling that she would like you to know that she is flexible. Evidence above and below:

I have a hard time slowing down. But at least when I do yoga, I work on it. I work on slowing not only my mind and movements down but also my breath. When I do, there's a lot more flexibility, strength, and control. But it's a battle! Hope everyone had a great Sunday! I made the most of mine….even though I was still suppose to be at the beach! Everything happens for a reason!

I had an urge to do a handstand (not shocking), but man it was hard to find my balance with my @uggaustralia on! I will spare you, but mostly me on all of my fails before this one!
